BEGINNERS CONTEMPORARY DANCE (with Anja)
This new class for beginners is for those who are new or returning to dance.
Designed to be fun, energising and uplifting, Anja will take you through this 60 minute session.
Starting with a series of warm up exercises, Anja will get your body warm and flexible before you start on any dance moves. We’ll then move on to trying a few sequences through demonstration, learning and repetition until we are ready to put them together to create a short dance sequence.
The class is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. A great creative workout for mind and body.
