Join Anja to play with different textures and qualities in the body, with some added conditioning and training exercises to keep fit and mobile. After a guided improvised Gaga-style warm-up, you’ll be taken through different dance exercises to build up strength and technique, enhance flow and release, leading to a final movement sequence at the end of class.
