Justice in Motion is currently seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to help shape and grow our digital voice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company creating powerful, physical theatre performances that explore urgent social justice issues.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You’ll craft engaging, impactful content that highlights our touring shows, creative residencies, and community programmes — helping us connect more deeply with audiences across the UK and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, organised, and self-motivated
  • Confident in content creation, strategy, and scheduling
  • Experienced with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva and social media schedulers
  • Passionate about the arts, advocacy, good team players and storytelling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule platform-specific content (reels, carousels, stories, posts)
  • Support campaign rollouts and track engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with our team to highlight key messages and events
  • Help grow our following and online impact

Terms:

  • Freelance contract
  • Part-time, flexible hours/2 days a week)
  • Fully remote (UK-based applicants only)
  • Fee: £1000/ month
