Alice is a director and facilitator with over eight years’ experience working with young people and in education. Her practice is driven by a belief in the transformative power of theatre and creativity, and in the importance of giving young people a voice and creating pathways into careers in the theatre industry.
For the past five years, Alice has been Participation and Learning Officer at Oxford Playhouse, leading the development and delivery of creative education programmes for schools across Oxfordshire. She holds a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre and an MA in Shakespeare from Royal Holloway, University of London, grounding her artistic work in both contemporary and classical practice.
Alice is a committed advocate for greater awareness of invisible illnesses and disabilities, working to ensure creative spaces are accessible, empathetic, and inclusive.
She is proud to serve as a trustee for Justice in Motion.
