Hugh Bendor-Samuel

Hugh has a First Class Honours in PPE and an MSc Politics of Conflict, Rights and Justice from SOAS.

Having worked in operations at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford where he project coordinated world-class education experiences, Hugh’s passion to work with vulnerable members of society remained. He was a Support Worker for those experiencing homelessness at St Mungo’s and volunteered in northern Iraq with refugees and IDPs.

Hugh now works with survivors of modern slavery at Migrant Help and brings with him the perspectives of those with lived experience on the margins.

In his spare time, Hugh is an avid sports fan and practitioner, and especially enjoys the Kwassa Kwassa nights of Latin American/Afro-Caribbean music and dance at the Tap Social.
