Annabel grew up in the US and moved to Oxford in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Ursinus College and later her Master of Fine Arts in Dance with an emphasis in Choreography from Mills College in 2014.
Annabel has trained extensively in modern, ballet and jazz studying with prominent dancers and teachers including Holley Farmer (Merce Cunningham Dance Company), Molissa Fenley, Shinichi Iova-Koga, Cathy Young, and Chris Aiken. She also has learned and performed in masterworks by Danny Buraczeski, Yvonne Rainer and Axis Dance Company.
Annabel currently works as a Computer Science and Mathematics teacher in Oxford, offering Choreolab and Puzzle Ninja clubs. She regularly attends our classes and has recently taken on teaching both our beginners and intermediate dance classes.
